Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

1. What Information We Collect

  • Login Information: When you choose to sign in with your Google account, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. Sign-in is entirely optional — most features work without it.
  • Anonymous Usage Data: We automatically record tool usage events (which tool you used) and hashed IP addresses (cannot be reversed to the original IP). This data is not linked to your identity and is used solely for statistical analysis and security protection.
  • User Feedback: Content submitted through the feedback feature is stored on our servers. You may optionally provide a contact email, or submit completely anonymously.

2. Tools That Require File Upload

Tools such as Image Compressor, Image Converter, PDF Compressor, and PDF Merger process all files locally in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers — this is our core design principle.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain our services
  • Improve product features and user experience
  • Analyze tool usage trends statistically
  • Communicate with you via contact information you've provided (e.g., feedback replies)

4. Data Storage and Security

Your account information and feedback data are stored on secure servers. We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. IP addresses are hashed before storage — raw values are not retained.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • To comply with legal requirements
  • To protect our legitimate rights

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) to:

  • Remember your login status
  • Store language preferences and theme settings
  • Cache tool usage state for faster page loads

We do not use third-party tracking cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information we hold
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Withdraw consent

To exercise these rights, contact us via the feedback feature or email.

8. Third-Party Services

The only third-party service we use is:

  • Google OAuth — used solely for optional account sign-in. We do not use your Google account information for any other purpose.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising tracking services. Website usage data is collected and stored on our own servers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. For significant changes, we will notify you via a site announcement.

10. Contact Us

If you have any privacy-related questions, please contact us via the feedback feature or email.
